About BCJ Foundation

Our not-for-profit organisation’s primary aim is to reduce the impact of social isolation on the mental health and well-being of people living with SCI by providing activities through the development of basic carpentry/ Joinery.

The BCJ’s foundation community initiative provides education and training in carpentry. Our typical customers are adult ambulatory wheelchair users with paraplegia related to Spinal Cord Injury. However, BCJ’s foundation will extend its services to wheelchair users with other lower body injuries, provided full upper body movement exists.
